This is just a first impressions look of the game Dungeon Boss. I was on the bike at the gym the other week when I remembered how much Candy Crush made the time go faster, so decided to download a new game to play on my phone while cycling.
Dungeon Boss is a mobile RPG that will bring back nostalgia.
You battle your way through various levels defeating enemies with a boss at the end of each one. There’s spoils, of course. There’s always spoils. Cash, potions and more.
It’s similar to Pokemon or Final Fantasy in combat style – which each character taking a turn and causing most damage to the enemy using basic and special moves.
The characters can gain points and level up and the enemies also get stronger as you go through the game.
Your XP does run out though and takes time to charge, but after playing for 30 minutes on the first time, my XP still hadn’t run out so you get plenty of free game play before you have to wait for it to recharge or pay for me.
It’s a great game, you should try it. It’s fun.
Let’s do this again soon. Same time next week? OKAY.
Here’s a new site that might take your interest.
Trender is a new app launching over the next free weeks on Android and Apple.
It’s a simple concept to get you earning by promoting brands and businesses on social media.
You connect your social media accounts to the app and then brands will invite you to earn cash by promoting them. They can search through users to invite those most relevant to them. Obviously, the more followers you have, the more you’ll earn!
This is about as much as I can find out from the teaser site they have up at the moment, but hopefully in the new few weeks we can find out more.
I’m looking forward to signing up and seeing if I can earn some extra cash!
Down the Mountain is a free game that I downloaded a week or so ago.
It’s the perfect app for those looking for an addictive game that can pass the time – each game usually lasts only a few seconds so it’s perfect for being stuck in queues, waiting for the bus or a good game to play when adverts are on.
The concept is simple – to get down the mountain.
Each level gives you a ‘quest’ or task to complete. These can be quests such as jump on a certain type of tile, use one of the new characters or even get poisoned.
Some levels can be really easy, or some can be hard.
I love the look of the game, it’s very Minecraft-esque with blocks you jump down diagonally. Different blocks do different things, you can get poisoned, set off a bomb, get stuck to toast and there’s even a block that changes the direction of the controls.
What apps are you loving lately?
